You’re working hard to improve your community! How do I know? Because I grew up participating in programs filled with passionate people. They not only made my community a better place, but gave me the tools to pursue higher education, and ultimately, a better life. That’s why I’d love to help you achieve your mission.

It’s difficult for you to step away from the important work you’re doing to figure out the data. That’s why I fell in love with evaluation. It allows me to help people use data to make better decisions. Together, we will figure out what data you should be collecting, and understand how to interpret it, translating in your work having a greater impact.

Having a Masters in Education from UCLA (focusing on Social Research Methodology) gave me the technical tools to help you collect both quantitative and qualitative data. My extensive experience as an evaluator made me understand that effective evaluations must focus on data use, be done in partnership with key collaborators, and consider the systems programs live in. Effective data use equips you to improve your communities with the knowledge you need to make the greatest impact.
